These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.
The Contract Between Us
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with ultracabs. ultracabs must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
Once payment has been received ultracabs will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your registration form. The shipment email will include your name, the order number and the total price. ultracabs’s acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
ultracabs is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
We do no store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We only collect the following information required to process and fulfill your orders:
- Contact information including email address and where required for overseas deliveries a contact telephone number.
- Full postal address including postal code.
In the unlikely event of product failure or if for any reason you are not completely satisfied or simply wish to cancel your order, we are happy to refund, exchange or replace goods returned to us within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a unused condition and subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
Within the order packaging, you will find a Returns Note with details of your order, together with details of the returns procedure.
If you wish to cancel your order you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain this in order to provide proof that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned order.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods within 48 hours of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original & unused condition within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will only be made against the original payment method used.
You will receive an email at the email address you have specified when your order has been dispatched - this email contains the tracking number (if applicable).
Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment - Mon - Fri.
Orders placed on Saturday / Sunday or during holiday periods will be processed and shipped the next working day.
Custom / non standard orders may require a slightly longer processing time.
Orders placed within the United Kingdom typically arrive within 2 - 3 working days from the date of dispatch.
Orders weighing up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mail / DPD / Hermes.
Orders weighing 2kg or more are sent via UPS.
Orders placed within the EU typically arrive within 3 - 7 days of dispatch depending on location.
All other worldwide orders typically arrive within 3 - 10 days of dispatch depending on location.
Orders weighing up to 2kg are sent via Royal Mails Tracked / Signed service and are delivered by the receiving countries national postal service, these will require a signature upon delivery.
Orders weighing 2kg or more are sent with UPS and typically arrive within 2 - 5 days and will require a signature upon delivery.

These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

ultracabs accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Delta via PayPal. All product prices and delivery charges are shown in either UK pounds sterling, US dollars or Euros Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
Availability of Goods You Order
Ultracabs only ever offer goods for sale that are currently held in stock.Any item that is not in stock will have a message indicating this and will not be available to buy.
Please note: we endeavour to bring our customers the best value we can by running special offers, but please remember stocks are limited at the special offer price, and subject to availability. We update our website as quickly as we can to minimise disappointment. The process of updating the website when goods have sold out at promotional price can take a few hours to update.
Changes to This Agreement
ultracabs reserves the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
